【摘要】 利用高效液相色谱法测定穿心莲叶及浸膏中穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯及去氧穿心莲内酯含量 ,采用 WatersSymm etryshield C18色谱柱及甲醇提取方法。结果表明 ,穿心莲内酯在 0 .14～ 1.31μg范围内呈线性 ,脱水穿心莲内酯与去氧穿心莲内酯分别在 0 .14～ 1.2 9μg、0 .14～ 1.2 2μg范围内呈线性 ,相关系数 r分别为 0 .9976、0 .9913、0 .9985 ,该法可用于快速测定 3种内酯含量 ,对于穿心莲的质量评价有一定参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Andrographolide,14 Deoxy 11,12 didehydro andrographolide and Deoxyandrographolide are determined by RP HPLC with a Waters SymmetryshieldC18 column.The linear range of the three lactones is 0.14~1.31 μg,0.14~1.29 μg,0.14~1.22 μg respectively, and the correlation coefficient r is 0.997 6,0.991 3,0.998 5 respectively. The presented method is a rapid method for the determination of three kinds of lactone in andrographis and may be helpful to the quality evaluation of andrographis.更多还原
