纳米改性金属陶瓷刀具切削参数优化
Research on the optimization of cutting parameters of nano modified cermet cutting tools
【摘要】 文章系统地讨论了 Ti( C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具及 YG8刀具切削灰铸铁时的失效形式和磨损机理 ,研究了切削用量、Ni含量及纳米改性对刀具耐用度的影响。结果表明 ,刀具耐用度随切削用量 f、ap及 vc的增大而降低 ,纳米 Ti N改性 Ti C基金属陶瓷刀具的效果明显 ,最后通过一元线性回归分析给出了 Ti( C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具耐用度的广义 Taylor公式。
【Abstract】 The failure mode and abrasion mechanism of the Ti(C,N) based cermet cutting tools and YG8 cutters were discussed systematically when they were used for gray iron. The effects of the quantities of the cutting,the content of Ni and the nano modification on the tool life were investigated.Results showed that the tool life declined with the increase in the value of cutting parameters, and the effect of nano TiN modification on the TiC based cermet cutting tools was obvious. Finally Taylor’s formula was deduced from the simple regression analysis.
