Co-Fe3O4磁性流体磁性能的研究

【摘要】 制备了以超细 Co、Fe3O4微粒为基体材料的磁性液体。考察了磁微粒粒径、表面活性剂等因素对其磁性能的影响 ,用正交实验优化了制备工艺条件 ,对磁性液体的磁化强度进行了测试。结果表明 Co-Fe3O4磁性液体的磁性能主要由磁微粒粒径、磁微粒含量及活性剂量决定。

【Abstract】 The magnetic fluid was prepared using the ultrafine Co-Fe 3O 4 particulate as the group material. The influence of the radius of magnetic fine particulate and the surfactant upon the magnetic performance of the fluid was investigated respectively, the preparation condition was optimized using the orthogonal experiment, and the magnetic intensity of the fluid was tested. The result indicated that the magnetic performance of Co-Fe 3O 4 magnetic fluid mainly depended upon the radius and content of magnetic fine particulate and the content of the surfactant.
