ZnO超微粒子的量子尺寸效应和光催化性能

【摘要】 利用Raman激光光谱、XRD、TEM、BET、SPS和UV -Vis等手段研究了ZnO超微粒子的量子尺寸效应和光催化性能 .结果发现 ,前驱物碱式碳酸锌在 32 0、4 30和 550℃经热处理制得的ZnO超微粒子的粒径分别为 1 3.5、1 9.3和 2 6.1nm ,属六方晶系纤锌矿结构 ;随着热处理温度的降低 ,ZnO粒子的粒径减小 ,Ra man激光光谱、SPS和UV -Vis吸收峰均发生蓝移 ,表现了量子尺寸效应 ;在光催化降解苯酚的过程中 ,ZnO超微粒子比商品ZnO的光催化活性高 ,且随着热处理温度的升高 ,其光催化活性下降 .

【Abstract】 Presents the investigation into the quantum size effect and photocatalytic properties of ZnO ultrafine particles using different testing techniques such as laser Raman spectra,XRD,TEM,BET,SPS, UV Vis absorption spectra. Points out that the ZnO ultrafine particles were obtained by calcining the precursor, zinc carbonate hydroxide, at 320,430 and 550 ℃,whose sizes were 13.5,19.3 and 26.1 nm respectively, being wurtzite structure attached to hexagonal system; and concludes that the size of ZnO particle decreased,while the laser Raman spectra, surface photovoltage , UV Vis absorption spectra of ZnO ultrafine particle all shifted to the blue as the calcined temperature decreased,which demonstrated the quantum size effect and the ZnO ultrafine particle had higher activity than the commercial ZnO sample in photocatalysis to degrade phenol,whose photocatalytic activity decreased as the calcined temperature increased.
