汽车传动系参数优化设计系统的研究
Optimization of automobile transmission parameters
【摘要】 汽车传动系参数是决定汽车动力性和经济性的关键.以功率损失率和六工况循环使用油耗作为衡量动力性和燃油经济性的两个分目标,建立了汽车动力性和经济性双目标函数下的传动系参数优化模型,并开发了一套优化设计系统.SY6408样车传动系参数优化实例表明,在降低功率损失率的同时,还可以降低六工况试验条件下的累计使用油耗,实现了汽车设计中“确保经济性,提高动力性”的优化目标.
【Abstract】 Presents the establishment of a mathematical model with dual objective functions of the automotive power and economy performance with the parameters of automobile transmission as the kernel parameters having effect on the power and economy performance of the automobile and the loss rate of the power and the oil consumption at the cycle of six working conditions as the objective functions of the power performance and the economy performance respectively, and the optimization system of automobile transmission parameters developed from the optimization results of transmission parameters of automobile model SY64008, and concludes that the loss rate of the power can be decreased as well as the total oil consumption at the cycle of six working conditions and both the power performance and the economy performance can be improved and the optimization object that improves the power performance under the condition of better economy performance may be realized by the method proposed.
