【摘要】 从企业经营的全过程实施量的管理并实施价值量的有效控制,将节约材料、提高质量、降低成本消耗、获取最大经济效益作为奋斗目标着手,论述了节材降耗管理系统的主要内容及相互之间的关系。节材降耗管理系统共分为九个子系统来综合控制企业材料消耗水平的高低,以此评价其优劣。即控制企业在生产活动中各种物料的消耗,实行从投入到产出全过程、全方位、全员的科学管理与技术进步的综合控制,运用系统工程的理论方法,根据材料的科学管理、合理的流向及发展规律,按节约材料的工作程序不断完善,达到自我约束、自我管理、自我发展的目的。更多还原
