油田注水井洗井废水处理的混凝实验研究
Coagulation-flocculation jar test of wastewater from water-injected-well washed
【摘要】 在进行油田注水井洗井废水移动式处理装置的开发研究过程中,进行了絮凝剂选择及确定合理投药量的混凝实验研究。结果表明,JSB-2絮凝剂是一种较适宜的药剂,最佳投药量随水质变化而变化,污染物质成分的变化及悬浮固体污染物与油类污染物之间的交互作用对最佳投药量有影响。根据实验结果确定了与移动式处理装置相适应的实际可行的投药控制方法。
【Abstract】 The treatmentwastewaterfromwater-injected-wellwashedin oilfieldwas studiedby themobile treatmentinstrument,for selectionof flocculantsand feasibleflocculantdosage.The experimentalresults showthatJSB-2flocculantis thecondignflocculant;As waterqualitychanges,theoptimaldosagechanges too.Thepollutantcomponentandtheinteractionbetweenoilandsuspendedsolidshavean effecton theopti-maldosage.Aneffectivewayof dosagecontrolis thereforesuggested.
