溶胶-凝胶法制备BaPbO3导电微粉
Preparation of BaPbO3 conductive powders by sol-gel process
【摘要】 介绍了Sol-Gel法制备BaPbO3 导电微粉的方法 ,研究了BaPbO3 凝胶热处理过程中的反应机理 ,确定了钙钛矿结构BaPbO3 的合成温度 .测定了其导电率 ,并用Sol-Gel法在较低温度下合成了BaPbO3 超微粉
【Abstract】 This article reports the preparation of BaPbO 3 conductive powders by sol-gel process and the reaction mechanism of BaPbO 3 gel in the heat process. The temperature for the synthesis of perovskite structure BaPbO 3 and the conductivity of BaPbO 3 are determined. BaPbO 3 ultrafine powders are prepared at the lower temperature by sol-gel method.
