聚氨酯酰亚胺的合成及性能研究
The synthesis and properties study of polyurethane-imide
【摘要】 以 1 ,4 -丁二醇 (BD)、2 ,4 -甲苯二异氰酸酯 (2 ,4 -TDI)、均苯四甲酸二酐 (PMDA)为单体聚氨酯预聚体法溶液聚合合成了聚氨酯酰亚胺 (PUI) .探讨了反应时间、催化剂、温度、溶剂对PUI合成反应的影响 .产物由IR进行了表征 .产物的特性粘数范围在 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .0 0 6mL·g- 1 .通过DSC、TG分析了配比不同的聚合物的相转变和热稳定性 .结果表明随着酰亚胺含量的增大 ,热稳定性增加
【Abstract】 Polyurethane-imide was synthesized by PU prepolymer solution polymerization from BD?PMDA and 2,4-TDI. The effect of time, catalyst, temperature, and solvent on synthesis reaction was investigated. The synthetic product was characterized with IR. The intrinsic viscosity =0.002 0.006?mLg-1. The phase transformation and thermal stability was analysized by DSC and TG. Increasing the imide concentration in the polymer structure provided better thermal stability.
