海绵锆中钨的分析测定——二硫酚锌盐—氯仿萃取分光光度法

【摘要】 用二硫酚锌盐显色,氯仿萃取分光光度法测定海绵锆中钨。探讨了显色剂二硫酚锌盐的制备方法,研究了最佳测定条件。试样经盐酸、氢氟酸溶解,在盐酸介质中,用三氯化钛还原钨,在 (95± 2)℃水浴中与二硫酚锌盐生成蓝绿色络合物,进行比色测定,回收率为 98%~ 100%,相对标准偏差优于 10%,测定范围 0.5~ 200μ g/g。

【Abstract】 : Determination of tungsten in spongy zirconium by zinc- bithionol- chloroform extracting spectrophotometric method was investigated in detail,including the synthetic process of zinc- bithionol,and the optimized test conditions and/or parameters.After dissolved in HCl+ HF mixture acid,tungsten of high valence state in spongy zirconium samples was then reduced to its lower valence state form by TiCl3 in hydrochloride acid medium,at (95± 2)℃ .Finally,the resultant was allowed to react with zinc- bithionol,obtaining a green blue complex which was extracted by chloroform and tested by spectro- photometric method.The recycling ratio and the relative standard deviation as well as the determination scope of this method were 98%~ 100% ,<10% ,and 0.5~ 200μ g/g,respectively.
