【摘要】 通过对发达国家创业投资发展过程中政府行为的考察，阐释了我国创业投资发展中政府的作用边 界。

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the boundary of goverment’s behaviour in the course of development pioneering work’s investment through inspecting the developed country.
