【Abstract】 The key to develop the west exploits resonably water resources.This paper studies the policy evolution of water resources management in the US and the ecological disaster in Aral Sea caused by unreasonable exploiting water resources in the Soviet Union.The experiences and lessons of develop water resources in these countries should be used for reference so as to enhance the level of raesonable exploiting water resources.更多还原
