新显色剂5-Br-PAH与钴显色反应的研究
Study and Application of the Chromogenic Reaction of Co(Ⅱ) with 5-Br-PAH
【摘要】 研究了新显色剂 5 Br PAH与钴 (Ⅱ )的最佳显色反应条件。在pH为 10 .0的条件下 ,Co(Ⅱ )与 5 Br PAH形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物 ,络合比为 1∶1,最大吸收波长为 6 86nm ,最大摩尔吸光系数达 1.6 6× 10 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。钴量在 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5mL范围内遵守比尔定律。该体系显色速度快 ,稳定性好 ,并有较好的选择性 ,样品分析结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The color reaction of Co(Ⅱ) with 7\|(5\|browo\|2\|pyridyla2o)\|8\|amino\|1\|naphthol\|3,6\|disulphonic acid monosdinm salt(5\|Br\|PAH) was studied.Co(Ⅱ) forms a stable purplist\|blue complex with 5\|Br\|PAH in a sodiun byalri xidesodivm borate medcicm at pH10.0.The ratio of Co(Ⅱ) and 5\|Br\|PAH is 1 to 1.The molar absorptivicty atthe were length of the manimal optveal absovbance(λwax) of 686 nm,of the comple is 1.66×10\+\{-4\} L.mol\+\{-1\}.cm\+\{-1\}.Beer’s lane is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~20 μg/25 mL.In the presence of the masking ageuts sush as sololium fluorate and thiocar bamide the color reaction has good selectivity .The results obtainend is satisfactory.
