基于双向式分层建模的产品变型设计系统研究
Investigation on Variant Design System Based on Dynamic Assembly Model
【摘要】 产品的快速变型设计是企业实现快速响应市场的重要手段 ,而产品快速变型设计的实施首先必须建立合适的产品模型。本文以装配模型为中心提出并分析了一种双向式分层建模方法 ,指出这种产品模型应是动态的、智能的。基于该动态模型建立了一种产品变型设计系统框架 ,并对此框架进行了详细的描述。最后 ,在UG中给出了一个变型设计的原型系统 ,并叙述了其实施过程
【Abstract】 The rapid and variant design of product is an important method for enterprises being responsible to market requirements, and establishing a proper product model is the key to the variant design of product.This paper proposes a top down and bottom up layer modeling method whose core is the dynamic assembly model. A frame of a variant design system for gear reducer is built based on dynamic assembly model and described in details. A prototype system is designed with UG and its working process is presented too.
