水下航行结构的建模与振动分析
Mode Experiment and Modeling Calculation with Finite Element Analysis of the Underwater Vehicle
【摘要】 建立水下航行结构动力装置的振动模型是水下航行结构实航噪声预报的关键。以某水下航行结构模型为对象 ,利用有限元方法建立其动力装置与壳体的振动分析模型 ,计算得到各阶模态参数。并且应用试验模态分析的方法 ,对计算结果进行了验证 ,在此基础上分析了水下航行结构的发动机振动的传递 ,探讨了从结构和材料的角度减少动力装置振动噪声的途径。
【Abstract】 In order to forecast the vibration and noise level of the underwater vehicle, it is very important to establish a vibrated model of the power plant and the shell. The finite element method was used in this paper. The vibration analysis was carried out and the parameters of each shape mode were derived. Based on the method of test modal, the validity was verified. The vibration transfer function from the power plant was discussed, and the method of vibration and noise reduction was surreyed in structure and material.
