【摘要】 目的 :为了观察多重因素对鼻衄的发病过程及治疗影响 ,解释其复杂的病生理变化及采用正确的治疗方法。方法 :我们采用分组的方式对 16 8例鼻衄观察 ,从就诊前时间、鼻腔出血部位、患者情绪反应、血压变化、感染、贫血及处置方法等多个角度比较。结果 :鼻衄是一个复杂的病生理过程。除贫血以外 ,就诊前时间、出血部位、情绪、血压、感染及处置方法对鼻衄的发病过程及治疗效果有明显的影响。结论 :在对鼻衄的处置过程中 ,必须采用正确的方法 ,控制多方面的因素才能取得理想的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to observe the many kinds factors which affect the nosebleed and explain the reasons which cause different effect of treatment. Methods: 168 patients were divided into two groups according to the times of treatment. We compared the time of attack before the patient went to hospital; the location of bleed; the reactions of spirit; the change of blood pressure; infection; anaemia; methods of treatment. Results: The results showed that nosebleed is a complicated process which is affected by many factors. The attack time, location of bleed, spirit, blood pressure, infection, anaemia, methods of treatment , all of these except anaemia are relation to the effect of treatment. Conclusion: We have to use correct method and control different factors during the process of treatment to the nosebleed.更多还原
