【摘要】 目的 :观察血栓通佐治急性脑出血的疗效。方法 :对 4 2例急性脑出血患者并用血栓通静脉滴注一疗程 ,并与常规药物治疗 (对照 )组比较分析。结果 :观察组的显效率和总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血液流变学各项指标下降非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组相关指标下降不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组间治疗后对比有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,头颅CT血肿容积减少观察组与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但观察组缺血区缩小较对照组明显。结论 :血栓通佐治急性脑出血效果良好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xueshuan Tong on ACH(acute cercbral hemorrhage). Method: Analyzed the comparing result with the normal treating group 42 cases ACH were dipped phleboclysis for a treating course. Result: The remarkable effect and the total effective rato in observing group is superior to the comparing group(p<0.05). The changes of blood flow decreased significantly(P<0.01).While,It’s not obvious that the decrease in the comparing group(P<0.05). There’s significant difference between the two group(P<0.01) esp the ischemia area. Conclusion:Xueshuan Tong has a better effect on ACH.更多还原
