【摘要】 目的 :研究苦参碱的利尿作用及作用时间与其药代动力学特征之间的相关性。方法 :运用家兔导尿管集尿法 ,观察灌服苦参碱后家兔尿量的变化。用HPLC法测定苦参碱在大鼠口服后的血浆浓度。结果 :苦参碱 90mg/kg灌服可显著增加家兔的尿量 (P <0 .0 1)。最大效应出现在灌服的 60min后 ,且维持时间可达灌服后的 180min ,大鼠口服后血浆药物达峰时间Tmax平均为 55min ,t1/ 2 β平均为10 2min。结论 :苦参碱对家兔有显著的利尿作用 ,其效应的维持相对滞后于药物在血浆中的衰减。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Relationship between uretic effection and concentration in plasma of intragastric matrine on rabbits and rats.Methods:We make use of urethralcatheterization of bladder in rabbits to observe that if intragastric matrine have the uretic effect and determinated its concentration in rat plasma with HPLC.Results and Conclusion:Ascompared to the control group,ig.matrine 60mg/kg urine volume of the rabbits have no significant difference,and ig.matrine 90mg/kg urine volume of the rabbits have significantly increased(P<0.01).Its Tmax is about 55min and t1/2β is about 102min in rat.The uretic effection was observed after 180min when the concentration of Matrine in rat plasma had significant decreased.更多还原
