【摘要】 目的 :分析老年人急性左心衰竭的临床特点、探讨其左心衰竭的发生机制及有效的治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析 12 0例老年人急性左心衰竭的临床特点 ,根据 NYHA心功能分级及超声心动图所示左室射血分数 (L VEF)探讨发生急性左心衰竭的机制 ,随访了 70例患者的预后。结果 :12 0例中 ,116例 (96 .7% )为有基础心脏病患者 ,其中老年人急性心肌梗塞 (AMI) 2 2例 ,4例为无明确的基础心脏病患者 ;超声心动图 LVEF<4 0 %者 13例 ,≥ 4 0 %者 10 7例 ,随访 70例 ,半年内死亡 9例(7.5% )。结论 :老年人急性左心衰竭大部分为有明确的基础心脏病患者 ,发生急性左心衰竭的机制为左室收缩功能及舒张功能的严重损害 ,抢救成功的关键在于及时、准确、有效的救治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse th e clinic al feature in aged patients with acute l eft heart failure(ALHF).and then to exp lo re the mechanism and the effect ive remedy .Methods: The clinical fe ature were retrospectively analyzed in 1 2 0 patients with ALHF,Slowing left ventri cle ejection(LVEF) according to NYHA he a rt function classification and echocardi ogram and researching the mechanism of A LHF.After,observing 7 0 cases.Result: There were basic heart di sease in 116 cases.AMI was showed in 22 cases of them.4 cases of them havent ba sic heart disease.The LVEF<40% in 13 ca ses and LVEF≥40% in 107 cases.Observing the fore casing in 70 cases.9 cases of t hem were pass out in a half year(7.5%).C onclusion: Some of them have basi c heart disease in elderly with ALHF.The mechani sm of ALHF was serious damage of left vent ricle function of contraction and functi on of relaxation.The keys of success is ti mely,exact,effective treatmet.更多还原
