PTT纤维的结构与性能
STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES OF PTT FIBERS
【摘要】 综述了国内外公司及学者对于聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯 ( PTT)纤维结晶结构、分子链构象、力学性能、粘弹性能、染色性能、热学性能、抗污性能和熔体的粘弹性等的研究成果。 PTT的结晶结构属于三斜晶系 ,大分子链的“Z”字形构象赋予熔体较高的弹性和纤维良好的回弹性 ;大分子链柔性使其具有优于 PET纤维的染色性能 ;“奇碳”效应赋予 PTT纤维优异的抗污性能
【Abstract】 Some research progresses in PTT fibers were reviewed, including crystalline structure, macromolecular chain conformation, mechanical properties, viscoelasticity, dyeing behavior, thermal property, stain resistance, melt elasticity, etc.. The unit cell of PTT crystalline structure is triclinic. Z\|shaped conformation of macromolecualr chain contributes higher elasticity to melt and fairly good elastic resilience to fibers, and the flexible constructure impartes dyeing behavior better than that of PET fiber. Moreover, the odd\|methylene groups effect provides significant stain resistance to PTT fiber.
