【摘要】 介绍了生产 75 dtex/2 4f PET FDY过程中的工艺控制。通过对现有设备的技术改造 ,增加拉伸比 ,将拉伸倍数调至 2 .90～ 2 .95 ,并降低热辊温度 ,有利于拉伸。改变上油方式 ,提高集束点位置 ,并改变走丝路径 ,均化纺程张力 ,从而改善拉伸卷绕过程 ,提高成品的满卷率 ,提高产品的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process control of 75 dtex/24 f PET FDY was introduced. The transformed equipment, the increased draw ratio of 2.90~2.95 and the decreased hot roller temperature are advantageous to the drawing stage. A series of measures were undertaken, such as changing oiling process and yarn path, raising the collection position and homogenizing spinning line tension, to improve drawing stage, full\|package rate and product quality.更多还原
