反式聚异戊二烯的加工性能和流变行为
Processabilities and rheological behaviour of trans- 1,4- polyisoprene
【摘要】 研究了反式- 1, 4-聚异戊二烯( TPI)的加工性能和毛细管流变行为。结果表明, TPI有较好的开炼、密炼和挤出性能,易塑化、包辊,挤出物表面光滑,用于橡胶工业时无需改变现有工艺和设备。 TPI的流变行为基本符合幂律流体的流变规律,测定的粘流活化能为 20~ 27 kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 The processabilities and rheological behaviour of trans- 1,4- polyisoprene(TPI) were studied.The results showed that TPI had good processabilities and was fit for milling,internal mixing and extruding. The rheological behaviour of TPI was in accordance with the equationτ =Kγ n.The viscous flow activation energy of TPI was about 20~ 28 kJ/mol.
