反式聚异戊二烯的加工性能和流变行为
Processabilities and rheological behaviour of trans－ 1,4－ polyisoprene
【摘要】 研究了反式－ 1， 4－聚异戊二烯（ TPI）的加工性能和毛细管流变行为。结果表明， TPI有较好的开炼、密炼和挤出性能，易塑化、包辊，挤出物表面光滑，用于橡胶工业时无需改变现有工艺和设备。 TPI的流变行为基本符合幂律流体的流变规律，测定的粘流活化能为 20～ 27 kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 The processabilities and rheological behaviour of trans－ 1,4－ polyisoprene(TPI) were studied.The results showed that TPI had good processabilities and was fit for milling,internal mixing and extruding. The rheological behaviour of TPI was in accordance with the equationτ =Kγ n.The viscous flow activation energy of TPI was about 20～ 28 kJ/mol.
