PP中成核剂的异相成核作用的热稳定性

【摘要】 用差示扫描量热计(DSC)研究了聚丙烯(PP)中不同类型成核剂的异相成核作用的热稳定性,观察到随扫描次数增加,纯PP的成核作用稳定,降温结晶温度基本不变。而有机磷酸盐类成核剂成核PP的结晶温度比纯PP的高,而且异相成核作用受DSC扫描次数的影响也很小。但山梨醇类成核剂成核PP的异相成核作用随DSC扫描次数增加,结晶温度逐步降低,表明其异相成核作用对热不稳定。

【Abstract】 The thermal stability of the heterogeneous nucleation of polypropylene (PP) nucleated with different nucleating agents was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) . It was found that the peak temperature of crystallization Tc of pure PP varied little with the scanning times of DSC, and this fact indicated that the nucleation of the pure PP was thermally stable. For the PP nucleated with an organic phosphate (A), its Tc and crystallization heat (ΔHc) was higher than that of the pure PP and was littie influenced by scanning times of DSC. In the case of the PP nucleated with sorbitol derivatives (B and D), their Tc and ΔHc decreased with scanning times of DSC. The results demonstrated that the thermal stability of the heterogeneous nucleation of the nucleating agent A was higher than that of the nucleating agent B and D.
