【Abstract】 A study on flame - retardancy of polyethylene (PE) was carried out with Al(OH) 3, Mg(OH) 2, red phosphorus, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), pentaerythrite (PER) and melamine (MEI) as non - halogen flame -retardant. The results verified that there existed a flame - retardant synergism among Al(OH)3, Mg(OH)2 and red phosphorus composite system. The oxygen index reached 28.8 when the intumescent flame retardant system consisted of APP, PER and MEI was applied to PE.更多还原
