【Abstract】 The application of micro-computer is developing at a higher speed than that of mole law in the whole world.In many places ,especially in poor areas of our country,people still hold on the traditional education approach to computer teaching and learning,therefore those areas lag more and more behind advanced countries and the developed areas of China in computer education.
