固相法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4
Preparation of Cathode Material for Lithium-ion Battery by Solid Phase Method
【摘要】 用 Li2 CO3和 Mn( OAc) 2 · 4 H2 O为锂锰源 ,添加少量柠檬酸或草酸在 5 5 0℃煅烧 4 h合成了尖晶石Li Mn2 O4。采用 X-射线衍射法 ,透射电镜和充放电测量研究了它们的结构和性质。用 Scherre公式计算样品粒度在 2 8.5 nm~ 4 0 .0 nm。添加草酸制备的样品充放电性能较好 ,首次充放电的放电容量可达 1 1 5 m Ahg
【Abstract】 Spinel lithium manganese oxides (LiMn 2O 4) have been prepared by heating Li 2CO 3+Mn(OAC) 2·4H 2O or Li 2CO 3+Mn(OAC) 2·4H 2O+C 6H 8O 7·H 2O or Li 2CO 3+Mn(OAC) 2·4H 2O+H 2C 2O 4·2H 2O in air at 550℃ for 4h. Their structures and chemical properties were studied by X ray diffraction ,TEM and charge discharge analysis. The particle sizes were determined as between 28.5nm and 40.0nm by Scherre calculation. The LiMn 2O 4 samples obtained form Li 2CO 3/Mn(OAC) 2·4H 2O/H 2C 2O 4·2H 2O showed a high initial capacity of~115 mAhg -1 with the charge/discharge efficiency ≥98%.
