类凝胶法制备锂离子二次电池正极材料镍钴酸锂
Synthesis of Cathode Material for Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery by Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 以 Li OH· H2 O,Ni( NO3 ) 2 · 6H2 O,Co( NO3 ) 2 · 6H2 O,NH3 · H2 O为原料 ,在不同条件下以类凝胶法制备层状化合物 Li Nix Co1-x O2 ,并以此作正极材料进行电化学测试 ,结果表明 ,首次充电比容量达 1 92 m Ah/g,首次放电比容量达 1 4 0 m Ah/g,循环 2 2次后其放电比容量保持在 1 1 9m Ah/g。
【Abstract】 The layer LiNi xCo 1-x O 2 cathode materials were synthesized by sol gel method with calculated amounts of LiOH·H 2O, Ni(NO 3) 2·6H 2O and Co(NO 3) 2·6H 2O under different conditions. The results of electrochemical test demonstrated that these materials exhibited comparatively satisfied properties. Its initial chargeable capacity reached 192mAh/g and the discharge capacity reached 140mAh/g. After 22 cycles, its reversible capacity was 119mAh/g.
