【摘要】 目的　观察恩丹西酮加健脾理气止呕中药预防肿瘤化疗所致的恶心、呕吐的疗效。方法　采用随机交叉设计 ,将 70例患者随机分为AB、BA 2组 ,AB组第 1周期单用恩丹西酮 ,于化疗前 30min及化疗后 4、8h各予恩丹西酮 8mg静脉推注 ,化疗结束后第 2日起 ,予恩丹西酮 8mg静脉推注 ,每日 2次 ,至化疗后第 5日止 ;第 2周期于化疗前 30min予恩丹西酮 8mg静脉推注 ,同时配合健脾理气止呕中药治疗 ,至化疗后第 5日止 ;BA组用药次序和AB组相反。结果　AB组急性呕吐控制率为 78.5 7%。BA组急性呕吐控制率为 91.4 3%。 2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。AB组第 2、3、4、5日呕吐控制率分别为 80 .0 %、85 .7%、87.1%、90 .0 % ,BA组分别为 94 .3%、95 .7%、10 0 .0 %、10 0 .0 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　恩丹西酮加健脾止呕中药能有效预防肿瘤化疗所致的急性呕吐及迟发性呕吐更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventative effect of ondansetron hydrochloride combined with antiemetic traditional Chinese medicine on vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Methods By means of random and cross design,70 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, in control group(n=35) ondansetron was intravenously given from 30min before chemotherapy until the fifth day after chemotherapy in the first therapeutic course; in the second therapeutic course antiemetic traditional Chinese medicine was orally taken and ondansetron 8mg was intravenously given 30min before chemotherapy, afterwards four times per day until the fifth day after chemotherapy;administration order in treatment group(n=35) was just oppisite to that in control group. Results The control rate of acute vomiting was 78.57% in control group,as compared with 91.43% in treatment group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The control rate of vomiting on second,third,fourth and fifth day was 80%,85.7%,87.1%,90% respectively in control group,as compared with 94.3%,95.7%,100.0% , 100..0% in treatment group,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Ondansetron hydrochloride combined with antiemetic traditional Chinese medicine has definite effect in preventing acute and delayed vomiting caused by chemotherapy.更多还原
