【摘要】 目的　观察傣药嘿良冲剂对肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降的升高白细胞作用。方法　观察 6 5例肿瘤化疗后白细胞降低患者 ,随机分为治疗组 34例 ,嘿良冲剂每次 1包 (15g) ,每日 3次口服 ,对照组 31例用强力升白片 2片 ,每日 3次口服。观察其升高白细胞效果。结果　嘿良冲剂组总有效率 88..2 3% ,明显优于对照组 70 .96 % (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　傣药嘿良冲剂对肿瘤化疗后的白细胞下降有较好的升白作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect of Heiliang instant granules of Dai drugs in enhancing white blood cells(WBC) after chemotherapy on tumor. Method Sixty five patients with decreased WBC after chemotherapy on tumor were randomly classified into two groups.34 cases of treatment group were administered orally with Heliang instant granules, one bag(15 g) each time and three times per day;31 cases of control group were administered orally with Qianglishengbai tablets,two tablets each time and three times per day.The effect of enhancing WBC was observed.Results The total efficiency rate was significantly higher in treatment group (88.23%) compared with that in control group(70.96%, P<0.05).Conclusion Heiliang instant granules has obvious effect in enhancing WBC after chemotherapy on tumor.更多还原
