【摘要】 目的　观察天水丹胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法　 139例高脂血症患者随机分为天水丹胶囊治疗组 (n =96 )和脂必妥对照组 (n =4 3) ,2组均 30日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果　治疗组胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)水平较治疗前有非常显著性降低 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)水平显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,动脉粥样硬化指数 (AI)也显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组降低TC、TA、AI及升高HDL C均有显著性差异 ;治疗组总有效率与对照组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　天水丹胶囊有非常显著的降脂和调整血脂代谢作用 ,疗效优于脂必妥。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Tianshuidan capsule in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods Patients were randomly divided intoTianshuidan treatment group(n96) and Zhibituo control group (n=43) , a treatment course was 30 days and therapeutic effect was observed after three courses in both groups. Results The total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG) and atherosclerosis index(AI) were decreased significantly,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) wasincreased obviously (P<0.01); there were significant differences inreduction of TC,TG and AI between treatment group and control group,and also in increment of HDL C;there was a significant difference intotal efficiency rate between two groups(P<0.01) . Conclusion Tianshuidan capsule has quite obvious effect in reducing blood lipidand regulating metablism of blood lipid, the therapeutic effect is better than that of Zhibituo.更多还原
