【摘要】 目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图ＳＴ－Ｔ改变的临床疗效。方法 采用随机对照，治疗组５０例，给予通心络胶囊４粒，每日 ３次口服；对照组５０例，给予辅酶Ｑ１０。２０ｍｇ，每日３次口服。２组均２周为 １个疗程。２周后进行心电图疗效及毒副作用评估。结果 治疗组总有效率９０％，对照组总有效率６６％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论 通心络胶囊治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图ＳＴ－Ｔ改变疗效确切，无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of change ST - T in ECG caused by antipsychotics. Methods 100 patients of change ST- Tin EGG caused by antipsychotics were randomly allocated to two groups. Intreatment group ( n = 50) Tongxinluo capsule was utilized and in control group ( n = 50) coenzyme Q10 was utilized. A therapeutic course in both groups was two weeks. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (90%) compared with those in control group (66%, P <0.01). Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule has a definite effect on the treatment of change ST- T in ECG caused by antipsychotics .更多还原
