调搏灵治疗充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 现察调博灵治疗充血性心力衰竭(CFH)并室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 将充血性心力衰竭心功能分级属Ⅲ-Ⅳ级的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,予调搏灵胶囊2~3粒,每日3次,地高辛 0.125mg,每日1次;对照组30例,予心律平100mg,每日 3次,地高辛0.125mg,每日 1次。2组均 2周为 1个疗程。结果 2组心功能疗效总有效率分别为 93.3%和83.3%,室性心律失常总有效率分别为76.0%和69.0%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组均可改善左室收缩、舒张功能,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 调搏灵胶囊可改善心功能、临床症状和纠正室性心律失常,并可降低洋地黄的毒副作用及心律平的致心律失常作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the safe and effective drug and methods for treating congestive heart failure( CHF) with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 60 CHF patients whose cardiac function class Ⅲ-Ⅳ were randomly divided into two groups. In Tiaoboling treatment gmup,30 patients were given oral Tiaoboling 30 patients in control group were given oral Baxarytmon and low dose of digoxin. Results The total effective rate in improving cardiac function was 93.3% in Tiaoboling group and 83.3% in control group. The total effective rate in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia was 76.0% in Tiaoboling guoup and 69.0% in control group. There was significant difference between these two groups ( P <0.05) . The parameters of left ventricular systolic function including stroke volume(SV) ,cardiac output(CO) , ejection fraction (EF) were improved after treatment in the two groups, espectally in Tiaoboling group(P<0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions Tiaoboling capsule could improve the cardiac function and clinical symptom, correct ventricular arrhythmia, moreover, reduce the toxic and side effects of digoxin and arrhythmia resulted from Baxarytmon.
