【摘要】 目的　观察复方丹参液加CF方案胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效及作用机理。方法　 58例随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 33例应用复方丹参液加CF方案 ,对照组 2 5例单用DF方案治疗 ,分别观察总有效率、胸腔积液吸收时间、毒副反应。结果　治疗组总有效率 81.8% ,胸腔积液吸收平均时间 33.8日。对照组总有效率 60 % ,胸腔积液吸收平时间 4 4日。 2组比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　复方丹参注射液加CF方案胸腔内注射 ,具有促进胸腔积液吸收 ,减轻胸痛及减毒增效作用 ,延长生存期更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect and mechanisms of Fufang Danshen injection integrated with CF by thoracic injection on malignant ascites. Methods58 patients of malignant ascites were allocated to control group (n=25), which was treated by routine methods of Western Medicine and treatment group (n=33), which was treated by integration of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with duration of 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (81.8%) compared with those in control group (60.0%, P<0.01). Conclusions Integration of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine is a definite effect on malignant ascites.更多还原
