【摘要】 目的　观察中西医结合早孕的临床疗效。方法　将 132例早孕者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 74例 ,采用米非司酮、米索前列醇与自拟天花粉益母汤合用 ;对照组 58例 ,采用米非司酮、米索前列醇。结果　治疗组完全流产率 97.30 % ,对照组完全流产率 87.93% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。治疗组不全流产率 2 .70 % ,对照组不全流产率 10 .34% ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　中西医结合终止早孕疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Tianhuafen-Yimu decoction, that is a Chinese Medicine, combine with misoprostol in medical abortion. Methods 132 patients with early pregnancy were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=74) combination of Tianhuafen-Yimu decoction and mifepristone and misoprostol was utilized to terminate early pregnancy and in control group (n=58) mifepristone and misoprostol were taken. Results The completely abortion in treatment group (97.30%) was significantly higher than that in control group (87.93%, P<0.05). Conclusions There are positive effects on the abortion with the methods of Western Medicine combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine.更多还原
