【摘要】 目的　观察甘露饮治疗化疗引致的口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法　治疗组 50例应用甘露饮 ,水煎服 ,每日 1剂 ;对照组应用西药加西瓜霜治疗 ,分别观察总有效率及治愈时间。结果　治疗组总有效率 88% ,平均治愈时间为 (5.83± 1.6 8)日 ;对照组总有效率 6 6 % ,平均治愈时间为(9.2 7± 3.15)日。2组总有效率、平均治愈时间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结　论　甘露饮具有健脾和胃 ,清热解毒 ,养阴活血功效 ,调整机体抗病能力 ,是提高治疗口腔溃疡疗效的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect of Ganlu drink on oral Ulcer due to chemotherapy. Methods 100 patients of oral Ulcer due to chemotherapy were randomly allocated to two groups. In the treatment group (n=50) Ganlu drinkwere taken and in control group (n=50) medicine and Xigua cream were taken. The total effective rate and curative time of patients in two groups was observed during treatment. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher (88%)compared with those in control group (66%, P<0.05). Conclusions Ganlu drink can effectively improve treatment of oral Ulcer due to chemotherapy.更多还原
