【摘要】 目的　观察电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴对拟血管性痴呆小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法　复制脑缺血再灌注拟血管性痴呆小鼠模型 ,电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴 ,分别于术后 7、15、30日 ,与喜德镇对照治疗 ,计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数。结果　电针对模型动物的脾脏指数有双向调节作用 ,对胸腺指数未见明显影响。结论　电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴对模型小鼠免疫功能的双向调节作用 ,可能是针刺治疗血管性痴呆作用机理之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture in Shensu,Geshu and Baihui on the immune function of synthetic VD mouse.Method synthetic VD mouse of ischemiare-filling was duplicated,electro-acupunture was made on Shenshu,Geshu and Baihui and then the spleen and thymus indexes were calculated five,fifteen or thirty days respectively after the operation,with Hydergine as control medicine.Results electro-acupuncture had double adjustment function on the model animals’ spleen index but had no obvious effect on thymus index.Conclusions the double adijustment of electro-acupuncture in Shenshu,Geshu and Baihui on the immune function of model mouse might be one of the mechanisms of treating VD with acupuncture.更多还原
