【摘要】 目的　探讨阴道超声 (简称阴超 )对异位妊娠的早期诊断及临床应用价值。方法　对 10 0例临床疑似异位妊娠者同时行腹超 (腹部超声 )、阴超检查进行比较 ,并与去年同期内腹超诊断异位妊娠发生腹腔出血、输血及失血性休克进行比较分析。结果　异位妊娠块 <2 .0cm ,甚至 <1.0cm时即可发现 ,阴超诊断率 ( 98.6 % ) ,明显高于腹超 39% ,发生腹腔出血、输血及失血性休克明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　阴道超声确实达到了早期诊断的目的 ,且简便、易行、无创、重复性好 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of early ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ecography and clinical application.Methods To analyse and compare 100 patients who were doudted as ectopic pregnancy,detected both by transabdominal and transvaginal echography and compared with the incidences of abdominal bleeding,blood transfusion and hemorrhagic shock which were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal echography.Results Ectopic pregnancy mass could be found when it was bigger than 2.0 cm,even bigger than 1.0 cm.The dignostic rate of transviganal ecography is higher than abdominal echography obviously and the incidences of abdominal bleeding,blood transfusion and hemorrhagic shock were decreased notably.Conclusions Transvaginal echography attained the purpose to diagnose earlier and it is simple,easy,no trauma,repeated,soit and it is worth popularizing widely.更多还原
