【摘要】 目的　观察不同剂量国产维库溴铵在静脉快速诱导气管插管中使用预注法的临床效果 ,并与同类国外产品进行比较。方法　ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级手术患者 60例 ,随机分为 6组 (n =10 )。诱导前不给予或分别给予 10 μg/kg、2 0 μg/kg国产或进口维库溴铵。观察肌松起效时间 (T1=0 ) ,气管插管条件。结果　 6组的气管插管优良率均为 10 0 %。预注法组 (Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组 )的起效时间 (T1=0 )明显缩短 ,经统计学处理差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　预注法能显著的缩短维库溴铵的起效时间 ,P <0 .0 5。加大预注剂量 ,并不能进一步缩短维库溴铵的起效时间 ,P >0 .0 5。国产维库溴铵与同类进口产品比较 ,其起效时间和气管插管条件差异均无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5 ,可安全的应用于静脉快速诱导气管插管更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The effects of two different priming doses of vecuronium at the onset and endotracheal intubation conditions were investigated.Method 60 ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade patients were randomly divided into six groups (n=10).The Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ groups were induced with vecuronium made in Organon Pharmaceutical Co.And the Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ groups were given vecuronium made in Xianju Pharmaceutical Co.of China.The Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were not given priming doses and the Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups were given priming dose of 10 μg/kg and the Ⅴ,Ⅵ groups were given priming dose of 20 μg/kg.Intubating conditions were evaluated,the onset time was monitored with train of four(TOF) technique.Results Intubating conditions were excellent in all patients.The onset time of the two different doses of priming groups was significantly shorter than that of the non priming dose of groups.Conclusion The taking effect time of priming dose of vecuronium was significantly shorter than that of the non priming dose groups.Increasing the priming dose does not hasten onset time more than the smaller dose.The vecuronium made in China has the same neuromuscular efficiency and can be safely used in clinical anesthesia.更多还原
