【摘要】 目的　探讨以大黄、龙胆草为主要成分的消毒剂的性能。方法　采用定量杀菌试验 ,温度、有机物的影响杀菌试验 ,稳定性试验 ,毒性试验等。结果　以其 1∶10消毒剂稀释溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌作用 30min ,杀灭率达 5 1.2 4%、5 4.2 1% ;以其 1∶2消毒剂稀释溶液对枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌作用 30min ,杀灭率为 5 7.2 8%、9.83 %。杀菌效果随溶度增加 ,作用时间延长而增强。温度、有机物对该消毒剂杀菌效果有影响。该消毒剂无毒性和免疫原作用 ,无粘膜刺激作用。结论　可作为临床外科、妇产科洗剂应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the function of the disinfectant whose essential components are rhubarb and gentian root.Methods We adopted quantitative sterilization test,using temperature and organic substance to influence the sterilization test、stability test、toxicity test etc.Results The result of using the disinfectant of one to ten dilute solution to act on staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for thirty minutes was that the killing rate reached 51.24% and 54.21% respectively,and the result of using the disinfectant of one to two dilute solution to act on hay bacillus and candida albicans for thirty minutes was that the killing rate reached 57.28% and 9.83% respectively.The disinfecting rate became stronger with the increasing of solubility and the extending of time,and temperature and organic sudstance had some influence on the disinfecting effect.There was no toxicity and immunogen in the disinfectant and the disinfectant didn’t stimulate mucosa.Conclusion The disinfectant can be used as lotion in clinical surgery and departments of obstetrics and gynaecology.更多还原
