【摘要】 目的　观察手术后低温病人麻醉恢复期的并发症。方法　 40例手术后病人 ,肛温 34.2～35 .5℃ 2 0例 ,为A组 ;肛温 36～ 36 .5℃ 2 0例 ,为B组。观察两组病人血压、心率、肛温、拔管时间、清醒时间、尿量、引流量、寒战、躁动的发生率。结果　A组病人血压升高 ,心率增快 ,清醒延迟 ,引流量增多 ,寒战、躁动发生率较高。结论　术后低温增加氧耗 ,加重心脏负担 ,发生麻醉后并发症的机会增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the complication of postoperative hypothermia patients during postanesthesia recovery period.Methods 40 postoperative patients were divided into two groups according to rectal temperature,group A:34.2～35.5 ℃(n=20) and group B:36.0～36.5 ℃(n=20).Arterial blood pressure(ABP),heart rate(HR),rectal temperature,extubation time,awaking time,drainage volume,urinary volume,shiver and restless move were measured in all patients during postanesthesia 6～8 hour.Results In group A,ABP,HR,awaking time,drainage volume increased significantly compared with geoup B.The incidence of shiver and restless move were markedly higher in group A.Conclusion Hypothermia in postoperation can increase O 2 consumption and cardiac load.The incidence of complication in postanesthesia is much higher.更多还原
