【摘要】 目的探讨粘附分子CD4 4v3在乳腺肿瘤浸润转移中的作用及意义。方法应用病理形态观察及免疫组织化学技术对 5 0例乳腺癌及 2 3例淋巴结转移灶的CD4 4v3蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果CD4 4v3在乳腺良性组织表现为肌上皮细胞着色 ;在浸润性乳腺癌中 ,除肌上皮细胞外 ,有些癌细胞胞膜也着色。癌细胞胞膜表达阳性率达 5 8.8%,与乳腺癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移、癌栓、肿瘤大小及病理核分裂未见相关关系。CD4 4v3在淋巴结转移灶中仅表现为转移癌细胞胞膜表达 ,其阳性率为 5 2 .1%,与原发灶接近。结论CD4 4v3在乳腺癌癌细胞胞膜呈阳性表达 ,其意义及在侵袭转移中的作用有待进一步探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the possible role and mechanism of cell adhesion molecules CD44v3 in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.MethodsThe expression of CD44v3 in 50 cases of breast carcinoma and 23 axillary lymph nodes with metastasis was immunohistochemically detected.ResultsThe expression of CD44v3 in normal breast tissue was demonstrated only in the myoepithelial cells of the breast duct,while in invasive breast carcinoma,positive staining was also found on tumor cell membranes.The positive rate of CD44v3 expression on tumor cell membranes was 58.8 % ,and there was no correlation found among CD44v3 expression with the histologic grading,metastasis,tumor size,cancer cell emboli as well as pathologic mitosis.The expression of CD44v3 in metastatic focus was restricted to the tumor cell membranes,and the positive rate was 52.1 % .ConclusionThe expression of CD44v3 is positive in tumor cell membranes of some of breast carcinoma in the primary and metastatic foci,but its significance need to be further investigated.更多还原
