【摘要】 目的研究痤疮患者血清性激素水平与痤疮的关系。方法对 86例痤疮患者以放免法检测患者血清睾酮、卵泡刺激素 (男性称精子生成素 )、黄体生成素 (男性称间质细胞刺激素 )、孕酮和雌二醇 ;并对其中 2 0例患者检测了泌乳素。结果男性寻常痤疮、男和女聚合性痤疮和痤疮伴四肢或乳晕多毛 (女性 ) 6 3.89%患者血清睾酮增高 ,75 %患者雌二醇增高 ;男性痤疮 90 .91%患者精子生成素低于正常。结论血清性激素水平与痤疮类型有关 ,在痤疮的发生、发展和持续状态中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the relation of acne and serum sex hormone levels.MethodsThe serum testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing,progesterone and estradiol levels were measured with radioimmunoassay in 86 cases of acne.Serum prolacpin(PRL) level was also detected in 20 cases among the 80 acne patients.ResultsThe T and E 2 were above normal levels in male patients with acne vulgaris,male and female patients with acne conglobata,femal patients associated with pypertrchosis.The serum FSH levels of the male patients was below normal range.The serum PRL was normal in these patients.ConclusionThe result suggests that the abnormality of serum sex hormone may play a role in the pathogenesis of acne.更多还原
