六味地黄发酵液的免疫调节作用
IMMUNOMODULATING ACTIVITY OF FERMENTED DECOCTION OF LIUWEIDIHUANG
【摘要】 目的探讨六味地黄发酵液对小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法采用碳粒廓清试验、二硝基氟苯法和血清溶血素法 ,观察六味地黄发酵液及六味地黄煎剂对小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应和抗体产生的作用。结果六味地黄发酵液灌胃给药 30 0mg/kg ,每日 1次 ,连续 2周。六味地黄发酵液较六味地黄煎剂对小鼠迟发变态反应明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,半数溶血值明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而吞噬指数无明显变化。结论六味地黄发酵液在增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能上优于六味地黄煎剂。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the regulatory effects of fermented decoction of Liuweidihuang(LWDH)on the reactions of nonspecific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity.MethodsThe immunomodulating activity of fermented decoction of LWDH was studied by carbon clearance test, delayed type hypersensitive reaction (DTHR) induced by DNFB and hemolysin antibody test.ResultsFemented decoction of LWDH 300mg/(kg·d)(for 14 d) enchanced the DTHR and increased the content of serum hemolysin antibody markedly(P< 0.05 compared with decoction of LWDH),but had no significant effect on the carbon phagocytic index.ConclusionThe improving effects of fermented decoction of LWDH on the cellular immunity and humoral immunity were potent than those of decoction of LWDH.
