【Abstract】 Abstract: To investigate the relationship between the method of the palatopharyngeal operation and pronouncing amelioration. Methods: To adopt the technique of Langenbeck Operation plus Cyclic Ligature in 36 palatopharyngeal patients and establish the control group. Results: The technique of Langenbeck Operation plus Cyclic Ligature is better than the simple Langenbeck in pronunciation. Conclusion: This operative method is beneficial to advance palatopharyngeal closure and improve the patients, pronunciation.更多还原
