【摘要】 目的 :检查被动吸烟对孕鼠胎盘的影响。方法 :选择健康、成熟SD大鼠 ,均于妊娠第 1～ 2 0d ,仿Younoszai法制造被动吸烟模型 ,观察被动吸烟妊娠大鼠胎盘形态结构和胎仔情况。结果 :孕鼠被动吸烟可引起动物胎盘出现下列病理改变 :①胎盘周缘呈现不同程度的苍白带 ;②绒毛间有血细胞渗出 ,上皮细胞水肿变性 ;③血管内、组织间出现纤维素沉积和微血栓形成 ;④滋养层细胞微绒毛明显变短、变粗、变形 ,并发生脱落、坏死。结论 :孕期大鼠被动吸烟会造成胎盘明显受损更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of passive cigarette smoking on the placentas rats. Methods: The healthy adult SD female rats were selected and treated with Younoszai’s method of passive smoking during cyesis of D1～D20, and the morphologic structure of the rat’s placentas and the situation of their fetus were observed. Results: Passive smoking of the pregnant rats resulted in the following pathologic changes:(1) The margin of the placentas showed pale bands of different degrees;(2)The epithelium degenerated and blood cells appeared between the chorion;(3) Fibrin deposition and micro thrombosis were found in blood vessels and tissues; (4)Microvilli of trophoblastic cells became short, thick and underwent deformation, shedding, and necrosis. Conclusion: Passive smoking of the pregnant rats may result in significant damage to the placenta.更多还原
