【摘要】 目的 :提高对POEMS综合征的认识。方法 :报告 2例POEMS综合征 ,并进行文献复习。结果和结论 :POEMS综合征是以进行性多神经病变、脏器肿大、内分泌病、M蛋白血症和皮肤改变以及浆细胞恶性增生为特征的一种较少见的系统性疾病。目前病因和发病机理还不完全清楚 ,可能与浆细胞瘤、自身免疫、人类疱疹病毒 8感染等因素有关。治疗以强的松和免疫抑制剂为主。一个或多个部位骨硬化损害的放疗或手术切除可能改善多发性神经病变 ,甚至引起本病完全缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To raise the understanding of POEMS syndrome. Methods: Two cases of POEMS syndrome were reported with literature review. Results and Conclusions: The polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, M protein and skin changes(POEMS) syndrome is a rare multisystemic disorder associated with plasma cell dyscrasia. And yet, the pathogenesis of the syndrome is not fully understood. Its possible pathogenesis is relative to plasmocytoma, autoimmunization, human herpesvirus 8 infection and so on. Prednisone and Immunoinhibitor are principal treatments. Irradiation or surgical resection of one or several osteosclerotic bone lesions may improve the polyneuropathy or may even lead to a complete remission of all symptoms.更多还原
