【摘要】 目的 :观察血清谷氨酸脱氢酶在肝损害或导致肝损害相关疾病时的变化情况。方法 :以岛津CL 72 0 0全自动生化分析仪 ,采用双试剂双波长法 ,分别对 2 0 9例健康者和 187例肝、胃、胰、脑等疾病患者血清中谷氨酸脱氢酶活性进行了检测 ,作相关性检验 ,并统计有关指标。结果 :显示健康人血清中谷氨酸脱氢酶含量低 ,其参考范围为 0～ 11U/L ;肝脏疾病患者血清中谷氨酸脱氢酶的活性明显高于健康组。结论 :检测血清中谷氨酸脱氢酶的活性对肝病早期诊断、掌握病情、判断预后有着独特的临床意义 ,是诊断肝细胞病变 ,特别是坏死性肝病的重要指征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes of serum glutamate dehydrogenase in patients with hepatic injury.Methods: On the CL 7200 clinical chemistry analyzer, double agent, double wave method was applied, and the serum glutamate dehydrogenase in 209 healthy control and 187 patients with hepatic injury was measured.Results: The glutamate dehydrogenase value of the control group was 0～11 U/L. The serum glutamate dehydrogenase in patient group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The detection of serum glutamate dehydrogenase is of significance in early clinical diagnosis and prediction of hepatic disease, especially in hepatocyte injury and necrotic hepatopathy.更多还原
