【摘要】 目的 :了解肺癌组织P2 1waf1蛋白表达特点 ,研究其与肺癌细胞增殖的关系。方法 :运用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测 76例肺癌组织P2 1waf1和PCNA蛋白表达状况 ,并与肺良性疾病比较 ,分析两种蛋白表达是否相关。结果 :①肺癌组织P2 1waf1与PCNA蛋白表达阳性率分别为 75 %和 80 .2 6 % ,明显高于肺良性疾病组织 (分别为 35 .5 9%和 39.98% ,P <0 .0 0 1)。②肺癌组织P2 1waf1和PCNA蛋白表达与肺癌分期和分化无关。③肺鳞癌PCNA蛋白表达阳性率为 89.6 6 % ,明显高于小细胞肺癌 (4 7.0 6 % )。④肺癌组织P2 1waf1与PCNA蛋白表达无关 ,而肺良性疾病组织中两种蛋白表达相关。结论 :①肺癌P2 1waf1蛋白表达明显上调 ,细胞增殖程度也很高。②肺鳞癌细胞DNA损伤修复能力可能高于小细胞癌。③肺良性疾病细胞增生处于P2 1waf1蛋白控制之下 ,而肺癌细胞则已失去这一控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the expression status of P21waf1 and to explore its association with celluar proliferation in lung cancer.Methods:76 lung cancer cases were studied for the expressions of P21waf1 and PCNA by immunohistochemistry.The association of P21waf1 with PCNA in lung cancer was compared with that in benign pulmonary diseases.Results:(1)the positivity rates of P21waf1 and PCNA in lung cancer cases were 75% and 80.26% respectively.They were both significantly higher than those of benign pulmonary diseases(35.59% and 38.98 respectively,both P<0.001).(2)The expressions of P21waf1 and PCNA had no relation to tumor stage and tumor differentiation.(3)The positivity rate of PCNA expression in squamous carcinoma was 89.66%.It was higher than that of small cell lung cancer(47.06%).(4)The expression of P21waf1 was correlated with PCNA in chronic pulmonary diseases,but not in lung cancer.Conclusions:(1)The level of P21waf1 expression and the degree of cellular proliferation in lung cancer are very high.(2)The capacity of DNA damage repair in squamous lung cancer may be stronger than that in small cell lung cancer as its PCNA expression is significantly higher.(3)The cellular proliferation in benign pulmonary diseases is under the control of P21waf1.But lung cancer cells escape the control of P21waf1 and gain unlimited growth.更多还原
