【摘要】 以湖北民族学院的科研工作管理为基础 ,总结了高校科研管理工作的经验和存在的主要问题 ,概括了管理工作中共同面对的问题 ,重点探讨了高校科研管理机构如何很好地适应现代化建设的需要 ,如何在“教学、科研、产业”三结合道路中充分发挥管理效能 .提出了“依据技术市场需求 ,全面推进科技开发工作”的总体原则 ,对其创新性、先进性、与地方经济建设结合的紧密度等方面进行评估 ,既能加大各类科研计划的中标率 ,又可以获得地方中小型企业的信赖和资金投入 ,为后续技术开发奠定一个坚实的市场基础 .更多还原
