植物体内核定位信号介导的蛋白质核转运
Nuclear protein transportion mediated by nuclear localization signal in plants
【摘要】 介绍了植物体内核定位信号的类型和结构特点及由核定位信号介导的蛋白质核转运机理 .
【Abstract】 The article reviews the current progress on the nuclear localization signal (NLS)in plant.The classical types of NLS and their characteristics are introduced and the mechanism of nuclear protein transportion mediated by NLS is also discussed.
